Omo-Agege commiserates with El-Rufai on mother’s death

Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, Deputy President of the 9th Senate, has condoled Mallam Nasir el-Rufai on the death of his mother, describing her as a guiding light and a remarkable example of faith, love and commitment.
Hajiya Umma El-Rufai, mother of the former governor of Kaduna State, passed on, Friday.
In a condolence message to El-Rufai, Omo-Agege stated:

“I was truly heartbroken to learn about the passing of your dear mother, the late Hajiya Umma El-Rufai. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this incredibly tough time. May her soul find peace, and may Allah grant her a place in Al-Jannah.

“Mama was a true pillar of strength, a guiding light, and a remarkable example of faith, love, and commitment. Her legacy of kindness, generosity, and compassion will continue to inspire countless people. Her steadfast faith in Allah and her extraordinary character will always be cherished.

“Her life was a blessing to everyone who knew her, and the impact she had on your life and the lives of so many others will be remembered for years to come. The values she embodied—kindness, empathy, and generosity—will continue to guide and uplift your family, your community, and the people of Kaduna State.

“May you find comfort in the beautiful memories of her love, strength, and devotion. I pray that Allah grants you the resilience to get through this challenging time. May her journey be filled with the light of Allah.

“As you grieve her loss, take a moment to celebrate her life and the profound influence she had on your path. May her legacy continue to inspire you through all of life’s ups and downs”, Omo-Agege stated in his condolence message to El Rufai.
