The Vice President of Nigeria, Kashim Shettima, arrived in Kebbi State on Wednesday afternoon to sympathize with the people following the recent abduction of 25 schoolgirls and the killing of the vice principal at the affected school.
Shettima was received by Governor Nasir Idris, who had returned to the state after spending a day and a half in Maga, the town where the abduction occurred. Details of the Vice President’s discussions with the governor are expected to be released shortly.
