Galatasaray striker, Victor Osimhen, was substituted off during the half time of their Champions League last-16 second leg.
Osimhen appeared to suffer a fracture in his arm after a collision in the opening 45 minutes of the game.
But the Super Eagles talisman battled until the interval, where he was replaced by Leroy Sane for the second half.
As at the time of his substitution, Galatasaray were losing 1-0, thanks to a Dominik Szobozslai effort from outside the box.
The Turkish champions travelled to England with a 1-0 advantage from the first leg.
Paris Saint-Germain await the winner of this tie in the quarter-finals.
