The Rivers State Police Command has arrested a 50-year-old man simply identified as Godwin for allegedly defiling two minors in Ogale in the Eleme Local Government Area of the state. The suspect was said to have been arrested on Monday by operatives of the Eleme Police Division at his residence following a formal complaint lodged
