NNL: Lobi Stars promote three youngsters to senior team

Nigeria National League, NNL, side Lobi Stars have promoted three of its U-19 players to the senior team for the 2025-26 season.
The players are Jacob Detso, Daniel Onu and Sani Audu.
The trio were part of the Lobi Stars U-19 team at the just concluded NPFL Youth Championship playoff held in Abia State.
“These youngsters’ performance at the playoff was impressive and as part of my philosophy of developing talents, I have rewarded their hard work by promoting them to the senior team,”head coach Bala Abubakar stated.
“I made a promise to the players before they departed for the championship playoff, and they did not disappoint and the promoted trio will be registered for the upcoming season”.
The new season is expected to commence on Saturday November 8.
