NGF hails Tinubu at 74, praises leadership of peace, love and compassion

The Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF) has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 74th birthday, describing him as an inspiration to the nation through his message of love, peace, and compassion.

In a statement issued yesterday by the Forum’s Director of Media and Strategic Communications, Yunusa Tanko Abdullahi, the NGF Chairman and Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, lauded Tinubu’s leadership, highlighting his commitment to economic reforms, national security, and the welfare of Nigerians.

The statement read in part: “This day offers a fitting moment to celebrate the extraordinary vision, resolve, and dedication with which you continue to serve the Federal Republic of Nigeria and her people. Your Excellency’s leadership has been marked by a firm commitment to economic reform, security, and the welfare of all Nigerians.”

The governors also acknowledged Tinubu’s collaborative engagement with state governments and his steadfast support for federalism and intergovernmental cooperation, calling it an enduring source of strength.

“On this special day, we celebrate not just an age but a legacy of dedication, resilience, and impact. We wish you good health, renewed vigour, and the wisdom to lead our great nation to greater heights,” the statement added.
