A civil engineer and building contractor, Mr. Lucky Ugbo, has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen in Ogwashi-Uku, Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State. The incident, which occurred on Friday, has thrown the local community into fear and anxiety.
