EPL: I want to learn from him – Myles Lewis-Skelly names Arsenal’s most underrated player
Arsenal star, Myles Lewis-Skelly, has named Mikel Merino as the club’s most underrated player.
According to Lewis-Skelly, the Spain international doesn’t get the credit he deserves.
He also added that he wants to learn from Merino, especially how he scores many goals.
The Spaniard has 16 goals and eight assists in 85 appearances for the Gunners and has regularly provided cover up front when injuries left Arsenal short of options.
Speaking to the Premier League about the club’s most underrated player, Lewis-Skelly said of Merino, “That guy there, I don’t feel like he gets the credit he deserves, man.
“Because even today I was speaking to him about, well, how do you score so many goals?
“I want to learn because I want to add that to my game. He should get the props that he deserves.”
Merino joined Arsenal from Real Sociedad in 2024 and has proven himself to be a versatile part of the club’s manager, Mikel Arteta’s squad.
