Babajide, who made her first appearance in the competition, registered two assists in the encounter.
The Liverpool star set up substitute Gift Monday for the Super Falcons’ second goal four minutes before the break.

Babajide is the second Nigerian to win the Player of the Match award at the WAFCON 2026 finals.
