Transfer: Bayern reach agreement with Chelsea’s Jackson as Arsenal confirm deal for Harbert

Bayern Munich have agreed on personal with terms with Chelsea’s Nicolas Jackson over a move to Germany.
According to German outlet Bild, personal terms have been sorted between both parties, but Bayern Munich still need to reach an agreement with Chelsea for the Senegalese’s signature.
The Bundesliga champions are considering a loan move for Jackson as the club’s sporting directors Max Eberl and Christoph Freund are “not allowed” to by an offensive player this summer.
This means that a loan is more likely and then Vincent Kompany’s side may add an option to make the move permanent next year.
Meanwhile, in another development, Arsenal confirmed on Monday that midfielder Laila Harbert has joined USA-based club Portland Thorns on loan until January 2026.
The 18-year-old will now continue her development with the National Women’s Soccer League club.
Harbert has been with Arsenal since the age of nine, working her way up through their academy system before signing a first professional contract at the club in January 2025.
She spent the second half of the 2024/25 season on loan at Southampton.
