Brazil head coach, Carlo Ancelotti, has explained why he didn’t include Neymar in his latest squad.
Ancelotti, on Monday, released his squad to face France and Croatia in an international friendly later this month.
“Neymar is not at 100%,” Ancelotti said as quoted by ESPN while explaining Neymar’s omission.
“If he can be at 100% physically, he can be there. Neymar could be at the World Cup.
“He has to keep working, playing, showcasing his qualities and maintaining good physical condition.”
The last time Neymar, a former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain star, played for Brazil was in 2023.
