I don’t care about ‘cancel culture’ – Actor, Denzel Washington

Famous American actor, Denzel Washington has shared his opinion about cancel culture.

In a recent interview with Complex News, the Hollywood legend boldly declared that he’s unbothered about canceling culture or public opinions.

He advised celebrities not to be intrigued by validations so that they cannot be victims of culture.

“Who cares? What made public support so important to begin with? I don’t care who is following. You can’t lead and follow at the same time, and you can’t follow and lead at the same time.

“I don’t follow anybody. I follow the heavenly spirit. I follow God. I don’t follow men. I have faith in God. I have hope in man. But look around, it ain’t working out so well.

“Forget being followed. You can’t be canceled if you haven’t signed up. Don’t sign up… I could care less,” Washington said.
