Eid-El-Fitr: Governor Bago felicitates with Muslim Ummah

Minna – Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has extended warm congratulations to Muslims across the globe on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, marking the successful completion of Ramadan.
In a statement released through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the Governor expressed gratitude to Allah for enabling the faithful to observe the month-long fast, highlighting their commitment, perseverance, and resilience.
Governor Bago urged Muslims to carry forward the lessons of the Holy Quran and Hadith beyond Ramadan, emphasizing virtues such as charity, humility, peace, forgiveness, love, and sacrifice.
He also called on the faithful to use the period of Eid to pray for an end to the security challenges affecting parts of Niger State and the country, and for the promotion of economic stability.
The Governor further tasked citizens to continue praying for leaders at all levels, seeking wisdom and guidance to ensure just governance and the creation of a fair and egalitarian society.
