KANO — The Edo State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Emperor Jarrett Tenebe, has congratulated Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda on his return as National Chairman of the ruling party, describing the outcome of the party convention as a strong endorsement of his leadership.
Yilwatda, along with all members of the National Working Committee (NWC), was returned unopposed by over 8,000 delegates from across the country during the weekend.
In a statement personally signed by Tenebe, he said the outcome reflects the trust and confidence delegates placed in Yilwatda’s experience, leadership quality, and commitment to the growth of the APC.
He added that the emergence of Yilwatda comes at a pivotal time in Nigeria’s political landscape and is expected to inspire optimism, stability, and clear strategic direction for the party at all levels.
