Boko Haram terrorists abduct 43-year-old man in Adamawa village


Suspected Boko Haram terrorists have abducted a man in Mayo Village, Kirchiga District of Madagali Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
Sources told Zagazola makama that the incident happened around 1:00 a.m. on September 18, when about 20 heavily armed insurgents stormed the community through Bitiku bush, which borders Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State.
The victim was identified as Friday Wazumtu, 43, a resident of Mayo Village.
Army troops were quickly deployed to the scene, but the attackers had already fled. Security sources confirmed that soldiers have begun tracking the abductors’ footprints with the aim of rescuing the victim and apprehending the perpetrators.
