Tunisia head coach Sami Trabelsi is aware of Nigeria’s attacking strength but insists they are focused on neutralising their opponents, DAILY POST reports.
The Super Eagles boast some of the finest forwards in Africa, including Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, Samuel Chukwueze and Moses Simon.
The quartet was impressive in Nigeria’s 2-1 victory over Tanzania on Tuesday night.
Lookman netted Nigeria’s second goal, a sublime effort from inside the box. Osimhen posed a constant threat to the Tanzanian defence, while Simon impressed from the bench.
The Super Eagles can also rely on the likes of Chidera Ejuke and Paul Onuachu.
Trabelsi said they will be ready for the Super Eagles’ potent strike force.
“We are a team known for a collective approach at all levels, both defensively and offensively. We will deal with all the players, and all the stars present in the Africa Cup of Nations with the same discipline,” he told a press conference on Friday.
